Redwood Empire Concrete, Inc. focuses on providing high quality, custom concrete for both residential and commercial projects. REC is dedicated to client satisfaction with its efficient work ethic, attention to detail, and superior experience and workmanship. We have amazingly talented crews, both flatwork and foundation, that wholeheartedly uphold our strong work ethic. Several of our employees have been with the company for over 20 years as well, which speaks to our values and culture as a family company. Redwood Empire Concrete, Inc. is located in Sebastopol, CA, but provides services to all of Sonoma, Napa and Marin Counties, and even beyond. We look forward to your working with you!
Redwood Empire Concrete, Inc. is a family-owned concrete company. The business was started from the ground up in 1996 by President, Rick Glanville. Prior to REC, Rick had many years of experience in the concrete industry working as an estimator and co-owning North Bay Concrete. After leaving North Bay Concrete, Rick wanted to bring his own high level of excellence to the industry, so he started Redwood Empire Concrete.
Rick's son, Evan Glanville, grew up working for the company. Over the last 20 years of working in concrete construction, Evan has honed his skills as a concrete finisher, job site superintendent, and estimator. In 2019, Redwood Empire Concrete became incorporated, and Rick and Evan became business partners. As owners, Rick and Evan are constantly striving to build and strengthen our community, not only with superior concrete work, but also with honest business relationships.
